Christmas Delivery Cut Off Date

Below is a list of cut off dates based on different product types. This information is just an estimate and we cannot guarantee all orders placed before these dates will be fulfilled before 24th December. We will do our best to deliver all orders within the normal production and delivery times but we always advise customers to place an order with plenty of time to spare during these busy times.

For Standard 48 hour delivery options:

• 11.59am - 17th December: Ceramic and Printed Glass Items, Handmade & Hand Stamped Jewellery, Engraved, Printed Items, Embroidered Items, Record Players or Storage Boxes, Cards and Selected Mugs
• 11.59am - 15th December: Chocolate/Sweet Tree Products, Smash Products, Chocolate Centerpiece, Box, Letter & Favour Products.

For Premium delivery options:

• Royal Mail 24 hour - 3.59am - 19th December
• Next Day - 11.59am - 21st December

Lead Times

With the majority of our items being personalised we have lead times which can be seen below for each type. We aim to complete production of items as quickly as possible. Once items have been produced they will be dispatched based on the delivery option you choose. Note: Items are not dispatched with any receipt/order information so are perfect to send directly to the recipient.

Once you have placed your order we begin the process of personalising your item/s. The personalisation production time varies depending on the type of product. This then affects the total time from placing your order to delivery. Below you will see a guide to the lead times for our most common items.

Production Times

Below is a list of average production times based on product type. This information is just a guideline and may vary from product to product, please see product page for accurate information.

• Dispatched within 24-48 hours (working days): Cards and Selected Mugs
• Dispatched within 1-3 working days: Engraved, Printed Items, Embroidered Items
• Dispatched within 3-5 working days: Ceramic and Printed Glass Items
• Dispatched within 7-12 working days: Handmade and Hand Stamped Jewellery

Please note: Custom jewellery & international orders can take longer

During busy times of the year such as the lead up to Christmas these times may increase, we advise you to place your order with plenty of time to spare during these busy times. Please check individual product pages for lead/personalisation times. If you are unsure about the time it will take for a product to be delivered please contact us and we will be able to give you a better indication of when the item will arrive at your door.
