• I received my items within 6 days. They were well wrapped and personalised as requested and am very happy. Only problem was I was not advised if they were out for delivery nor reviewed any expected date of delivery so was unaware of what was happening with my order so that's why I've given 4 star and not a 5.

• I have purchased the metal water bottles before for my children and I like how I can have them personalised so their names are on the bottles. I am replacing their old ones as they have been well used and well loved. I would say I’m happy with them. The bottles are good. One of the old bottle lids cracked when I dropped it once, but even through that the bottle was still water-tight when used.

• The butterfly has a significance meaning to my family since my grandad passed. During his funeral service a massive butterfly entered the church, and flew around wildly. This was cemented by a surprise of a butterfly release my cousin and I did at the cemetery. Being able to find a butterfly which such a beautiful design and sentiment to celebrate my grandads memory for his 90th birthday is very special
