• I ordered a personalised drinking bottle. It came within 4 days and is great. My only slight critisism/observation is that once the order was confirmed via email I heard nothing regarding that it had been dispatched or when it would be delivered. Not a huge problem but unusual these days.

• Ordered my personalised glass pint tankered on Friday and selected the standard delivery. I was fully expecting the glass to arrive later the following week.
