• Great product - good service - prompt delivery - goo.communications when I had a query, was answered by mail within 15 mins. Website could have been clearer about how to submit pictures and I wouldn't have had to make the query - but everything tuned out well. Please (personalize.co.uk) include the VAT in your shop pricing. This is by far the mos.common option provided by the world's most successful sellers. The price of what I got was good - even with the VAT. You didn't need to hide the extra 3 pounds by leaving out VAT. All in all - very pleased with waht I bought and will 100 percent use again

• We wanted a special personalised item to give to our son and his new fiancé - we found a beautiful vase which was ideal. Something for them to keep and use for many years t.come. We ordered it online on Saturday with our chosen words and didn't have to wait long - it arrived on Tuesday, just 2 days later! It was well packaged for its journey and was perfectly boxed ready for us just to wrap it. Very pleased with both the service and cost. • I ordered a personalised diamanté lighter as a birthday present for a friend. I was concerned when I didn’t receive a receipt or confirmation of my order, however, Wendy, the Head of Operations, responded immediately to my email and was very helpful and reassuring. I emailed Wendy a couple more times regarding a tracking number for my item and each time she responded extremely swiftly and graciously. My order arrived very quickly, and I was more than happy with the lighter! It is lovely, the quality was better than I expected, and the engraving is spot on! A fantastic product for such a low price! I know my friend is going to love! • The item purchased was a Graduation Certificate holder with a personal inscription which is very beautiful and we are very happy with it. The only thing that could be improved i.communication regarding delivery as we had no notification. Having said that it was delivered very quickly.

• ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A breathtakingly beautiful tribute to my daughterI ordered these custom light-up plaques t.complete a special memorial garden for my late daughter, who passed away in 2020. Her daughters (my granddaughters, who were just 12 and 10 then, and are now 18 and 16) picked out the plants, wrote the verses, and chose their favorite photos with their mum. Personalise.co.uk did an absolute masterpiece of a job. The photo engraving is flawless, and seeing them lit up next to the girls' plants brings us so muc.comfort.
