• The shopping experience was very easy. Each item clearly stated how many characters on each line. I love how you could see a virtual copy of your own personalisation; helping to visualise each section. I am very pleased with my order, slightly smaller design than expected but overall very happy. Payment was a little more difficult platform, took ages for it to be accepted, as title was not included in the name on card. So excited to pop it in my baby’s first Christmas Eve box!

• The personalised Christmas ‘baubles’ have just arrived. I am delighted with them. I found the ordering surprisingly easy and considering they were made to order very quick to arrive. Order sent off last Saturday evening arrived well packed and in perfect condition this morning (Saturday one week later). They look as if they will last for years as a lovely reminder for the children I bought them for. Would definitely recommend
