• I am absolutely in love with my personalised sweetie jar. At first I was a bit sceptical, as I had never ordered from personalise.co.uk before and neither had any of my friends or family. How wrong could I bloody be? The jar is of excellent quality, the delivery was extremely fast,.communication was spot on. • Ordered a personalised picture frame for our daughters 21st birthday. Arrived promptly but had a scratch in glass which was very obvious. After contacting customer services and sending photo of scratch, a replacement was sent and arrived in time for the big day. Staff very helpful. Our daughter was thrilled with it and the frame looks lovely. Thanks for all the help in getting second frame here on time.

• I brought a vase and added a personal message to it, the vase was of a good quality, it was very good value for money and it was gift boxed for a nomimal fee, it was delivered in a timely manner and the person I brought it for was extreamly satisfied with it. I will be ordering another one for someone else I was that impressed.

• Ordered a beautiful vase with engraving on it ordered it on the Sunday got it on the Tuesday plus as I needed it by the following Friday Personalise posted it out special delivery with no extra charge - what a service excellent!
