• I previously ordered the same Xmas bauble for my granddaughter last year, from another well know.company costing a lot more money. It arrived smashed and then was out of stock so extremely upset I then couldn’t get my refund in time to purchase a new one for my granddaughters first Xmas. No problems here! Arrived perfect, I.
