• Ordered the best daddy bear for my granddaughter to give her daddy the Sunday before Christmas. I am pleased to say it arrived on the Thursday, so in plenty of time to be wrapped and given as a present on Christmas day. Teddy is really soft and the printing on the vest was as requested and centralised. Very good quality. Highly recommended.

I didn’t receive a confirmation email but when I emailed customer services they responded quickly, reassured me and re-sent the confirmation email. • I have just received my 4th personalised mirrored jewellery box and am as happy with this one as I was the previous 3. All purchased as a keepsake for special birthdays. Quality is very good and delivery is quick. Highly recommended. The only criticism I have is the labels stuck on the box the jewellery box is in. Not ideal when passing the item over as a present.

• The online ordering app was easy to use. It would be useful if you could track your order. I required the item as a present and used the e-mail contact to ask if my order had been dispatched. I received a very prompt reply with the dispatch date which was really good. Bit disappointed with the item, a ring box, as the box doesn’t have the padding inside to insert the ring. Would be a recommendation that a ring box has that padding. For my gift the ring is just laying in the box which spoils the presentation to the recipient in my view. Also there is a mark on the silver box lid that is permanent (a small black scratch/line). That said it was a good on line shopping experience and I would recommend and use the site again.
