• I saw an advert on Facebook for the personalised "gin o'clock' glass, and immediately placed an order for my best friend, who had recently passed her Uni exams. It was a surprise gift, and she was over the moon when it arrived! Highly recommend and would use you again.

• Unfortunately the engraving on the Vase I purchased was of very poor quality but, I emailed Personalise and they corrected this promptly and very efficiently, sending out another Vase with the engraving as it should have been. Excellent customer service. Thank you.

• Very quick dispatch. My mum loved the vase. Personalise however need to send dispatch emails as the present was going to another address and I didn't know if it had arrived or not. Would recommend them.
