• I first used Personalise in August for a gift for my husband. I was delighted with the quality of the gift I had chosen and the fact that my delivery enquiries were answered quickly - this gift had t.come to Maldives and arrived just in time for his birthday! I have since recommended the site to friends who used it for Christmas gifts. I also used it again for Christmas gifts for both my parents - I left it quite late to order but they arrived on Dec 23rd - again just perfect timing! The quality and range of the gifts / items you offer is excellent - from serious to humorous there is not an area you have not covered. I will definitely continue to recommend you and to order again in the very near future. • I am pleased with my gin glasses as far as the engraving is concerned but thought that the glasses should be a bit bigger. They came well packed and on time as far as I can remember.

• Haven't even received my order yet and I'm astonished by their great customer service! Having being let down by a previou.company and loosing £25, I was very sceptical about re-ordering the same item from a different place. I have been waiting for an item from anothe.company for 15 days. Still nothing, so 10 days after my friends birthday I have ordered through personalised.co.uk. I enquired to see how long my order will take and explained the circumstances, within 30 minutes I had a response saying they would get i.complete ASAP.
